Lucie is joined by Marko Rillo to discuss the role of play in the workplace. What he has learnt from facilitating Lego Serious Play across many companies and how we can all use play at work to solve problems, build connection and maybe find a bit more joy.

Marko is a consultant, trainer and executive coach as well as Associate professor in Strategic Management at Estonian Business School and Author of Two books: Strategy Making During Ambidexterity Cycles and Serious Work. How to Facilitate Meetings and Workshops with LEGO Serious Play method.
